About Us

SVP Teens brings together some of Waterloo Region's most passionate youth (grades 7 - 12) to identify issues in our community and work towards solving them.

 

Throughout the year, these local leaders take on diverse volunteer opportunities, connect with community leaders and hold multiple fundraisers.

Since 2013, SVP Teens has fundraised over $24,000 for local charities.

Community Justice Initiatives Waterloo Region (CJI) is a non-profit organization known world-wide for starting the first modern Restorative Justice program.

Reception House Waterloo Region is a community-based organization that provides a warm welcome to government assisted refugees.

KidSport™ provides support to under-resourced children and youth across the country by removing financial barriers that prevent them from playing organized sport.

Adventure4Change conducts numerous programs and initiatives focused on promoting the well- being of youth, children and families, and enabling participants to make a positive contribution to their world.

Kinbridge's mission is to engage community by creating a healthy, vibrant neighbourhood through facilitation of recreational, educational, and social supports so their neighbours can reach their full potential.

The Child Witness Centre's mission is to provide support, education, and advocacy for children and youth in Waterloo Region, Guelph, and Wellington County who are or may become victims or witnesses of abuse or crime.
